The law regulating the influence sector is promulged

The Contract Negotiation & Project Financing Department looks at the contributions and clarifications of the law governing the influencer sector, published in the Journal Officiel on June 10.


The law aims to regulate the influencer sector and establish a legislative framework for the activity of influencers on social networks, whose audience is often young. The aim is to better combat certain abuses and scams.
