Sygna supports the Rachel's pastry group in the recovery of its business

On October 2, 2019, the Bobigny Commercial Court initiated legal proceedings for the benefit of Rachel's group six companies. Sygna's Restructuring and companies in difficulty department assists the group's managers in restructuring the business and in their relations with the procedural bodies.
