Sygna assisted Rachel's Cake in the turnaround of its activity

The Rachel's pastry group, whose six companies had been in receivership since October 2nd, 2019, has sold its business to Établissements Esnault. The sale was authorised by a ruling dated 31 January 2020.

Sygna Partners assisted the managers of Rachel's group during the receivership proceedings and in the establishment of an employment protection plan necessary for the recovery of its business.
